Where your grades and educator feedback appear depends on which course you are on. On Reformer and Mat courses there is no Assignments link, so open Grades from the course menu, or open the individual assignment inside Content. On the Comprehensive course, use the Assignments tab. If a grade is missing, it almost always means your work is submitted and waiting to be marked, not lost. For the clearest view, open Polestar Online on a desktop or laptop browser.

Almost certainly not. A missing grade usually means submitted and awaiting marking, not lost.
Your educators mark within the published deadline window, and they do not all mark at the same time. That means a classmate may see their grade before you do — this is normal and does not mean anything is wrong with your submission. If you have a submission-confirmation email, your work has been received.
If something that should be there does not appear, refresh your view first:
Log out and back in once. This refreshes your account and is the quickest way to clear a grade or feedback that simply has not loaded yet.
If a grade still does not appear after you log out and back in, or it is well past the marking window, reply to your course email or contact the Polestar Pilates Asia faculty team at info@polestarpilatesasia.com, and we will check your account for you.
