Available Languages for Polestar Learning Materials

Polestar Pilates is committed to making comprehensive Pilates education accessible across Asia through multi-language learning materials. Whether you're studying for your initial certification or advancing your professional skills, you can access course content in the language that works best for your learning style.

This article explains which languages are available for printed manuals and online materials, what's included in your course fee, and how to order additional manuals if you want to study in multiple languages.


Printed learning materials (manuals) are available in English, Japanese, Korean, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Additional languages may be available upon request.
Most online materials include captions in multiple major languages. If you need assistance accessing captions, please let us know.

Important Notes: 
  1. The format of manuals may vary depending on the language and region, but the course content remains consistent.
    1. E.g. In Asia, our Comprehensive manuals are Gateway Mat, Gateway Equipment Foundation, Intermediate, Advanced 1, Advanced 2. The overall content will contain all of the content in the S1-S6 Manuals that are used in other locations. 
    2. The same principle applies for our Reformer and Mat manuals. 
  2. The course fee includes one manual in a selected language. Additional manuals in other languages will incur a printing cost.
