How to View Your Awards and Certificates in Polestar Online Platform

Your Achievement Journey

As you progress through Polestar Pilates education programs, you'll accumulate awards and certificates that acknowledge your dedication, completed coursework, and professional development milestones. These recognitions serve as visible markers of your growth as a movement professional and can include:

  • Online Course completion certificates - Official documentation of completed qualification programs
  • Certificates of attendance - Recognition for attending in person modules

The Polestar Online Platform maintains a comprehensive record of all your earned awards, making it easy to track your progress, showcase your accomplishments, and access certificates when needed for professional purposes.

NOTE: These records will also be logged in our CRM platform. 

Accessing Your Awards

Step 1: Navigate to the Awards Section

Log in to the Polestar Online Platform and access your course homepage. Locate the Awards link in the main navigation bar. If you don't see it immediately, check under the More Tools menu option.


Step 2: View Your Earned Awards

Once on the Awards page, select My Awards to display all recognitions you've earned. 

Step 3: Filter Your Awards

Use the filter buttons at the top of the page to organize your view:

  • Click All to see every type of award
  • Select Badges to view only achievement badges
  • Choose Certificates to display only formal certificates

Step 4: View Awards Across All Courses

To see your complete achievement portfolio from every Polestar course you've taken, check the box labeled Include awards from other courses. This provides a comprehensive view of your entire educational journey with Polestar.

Step 5: Explore Available Awards

To see what awards you can still earn in your current course, click View Available Awards. This helps you understand upcoming milestones and motivates continued progress.

Step 6: Access Award Details

Click on any award's name or image to view complete details, including:

  • Award criteria and requirements
  • Date earned
  • Issuing program or course
  • Downloadable certificate (where applicable)

Verification and Next Steps

You've successfully accessed your awards when:

  • You can see a display of your earned badges and certificates
  • The filter options allow you to organize your view
  • You can access detailed information about each award

To download or share certificates: Click on individual certificates to access download options, typically available as PDF files suitable for professional portfolios or credential verification.


Important Notes About Award Access

Account-Level Award History Even if individual course enrollments expire or you no longer have active access to specific courses, you can still view all your earned awards at the account level by using the "Include awards from other courses" option. Your complete achievement history remains accessible through your Polestar Online Platform account.

Permanent Record Keeping All awards, certificates, and student history are permanently tracked in Polestar's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, which serves as the official source of truth for your educational record. Even if you no longer have access to your online platform account, your complete achievement history is securely maintained in our systems.
