Polestar Materials FAQ

When do I receive my materials (Manuals, Handbooks etc)?

1. Welcome materials (Pre-course materials) - upon registration, or latest one month prior to the start of your first module. Included:
1. Student handbook
2. Pre-Course preparation
3. Core Trainee manual (anatomy) - HK ONLY
2. Online access - One month prior to the start of the first module is when initial access is granted. SEE: PGP and Online
3. Course Manuals - the manual for each module is handed out in person at the beginning of that module. Manuals are not provided, sold, or mailed in advance — this applies even if you have already started your Online Gateway or online learning.
4. Logbooks and assignments - These are provided at that first course module. 

Can my course manuals be mailed to me early?

No. Course module manuals are distributed in person at the start of each module and cannot be shipped ahead of time — including once you have begun your Online Gateway. This is a standard Polestar policy that applies to every student.

In the meantime, your Online Gateway / online learning materials (access granted approximately one month before your first module) are exactly what you work through to prepare. Your welcome / pre-course materials (Student Handbook, Pre-Course preparation, and — HK only — the Core Trainee anatomy manual) are provided on registration or at the latest one month before your first module; if you have not received these, please contact us and we will follow up.
