If content appears to be missing from your account — including exercise videos, teaching videos, quizzes or assignments — this is usually caused by one of the following three reasons.
Access to professional course content (exercise videos and resources) is only granted after you have completed the Gateway section of your journey.
If you have not yet completed your Gateway modules, this content will not be visible. In some cases, access may also be scheduled for a future date and will become available automatically at that time.

What to do: Check whether you have completed all required Gateway modules. If you believe you have and access has still not been granted, please contact us.
Each segment of the Gateway Online or PP Online unlocks only after the previous segment has been fully completed and passed with a score of 80% or above. This applies to every quiz in every segment.
If the next segment is not appearing, it means one or more quizzes in the previous segment have not yet been passed at 80%.

What to do: Return to the previous segment and retake any incomplete or failed quizzes until you achieve the required 80% score. The next segment will unlock automatically once the requirement is met.
If you have completed your Gateway modules, have been granted access to the professional course, but still cannot see your exercise videos or resources — the most likely cause is that you have not yet completed the Student Handbook section.
